- The allocation of space is up to 10Mb for RYA Online users.
- The users is responsible for the back up of their own web pages. RYA Online do not
back up users web space, so users should always keep a back up of their site on their own computer.
- The customer alone is responsible for the content of their web pages, and for ensuring that
their content does not infringe upon or break any licensing or copyright laws. This would include:
- The running of warez, or other illegal software downloads from your site.
- Passing off someone else's software, web pages, published work as your own.
- Any pages deemed to be offensive or libelous by RYA Online, shall be removed for the server and the
directory of the person reponsible removed. Examples of this would be:
- Making false and untrue accusations or comments against an organisation or person.
- Publishing pornographic material, nude or semi nude pictures (which we do not allow as it is publically accessible which includes access by minors).
- Any web page content or programs intended to damage other peoples computers. This would include:
- Java content/code intended to damage the remote computer's system.
- Spreading of computer viruses intended to damage the remote computer's system.
- We reserve the right at all times to suspend or remove specified pages from the server, and to terminate the availability of web space to any user, without prior warning.
- Sites which generate above average traffic levels may have access limited during peak hours, or the owner may be requested to remove the pages concerned.
- Some features will be made available to users in the future such as web counters, but it is not our intention to allow cgi scripting to be run under these sites.
